Evans blue was used as a blood brain barrier tracer. The following situations were studied: Acute electroshock: a. one electroshock stimulus, b. ten electroshock stimuli. Chronic electroshock: a) group of animals were pretreated with electroshock given as one electroshock (ES) every other day (ES x 7); b) chronic electroshock + one electroshock, c) chronic electroshock + ten repeated electroshocks. 研究了慢性电惊厥发作对雄性大鼠血脑屏障对白蛋白通透性的影响。埃文斯蓝被用作血脑屏障示踪剂。研究了急性电击:a.一次电击刺激;b.十次电击刺激。慢性电击:a)一组动物进行电击预处理,每隔一天电击一次(ES x 7);B)慢性电击+一次电击,c)慢性电击+十次重复电击。因此,慢性电击本身并不影响血脑屏障的通透性。
