Some of the application areas include studies of linear and nonlinear control systems, transmission lines, electric drives systems, and induction machines. Using powerful spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel 4.0, Lotus 123, etc., for organizing, analyzing and presenting data, this paper provides a complete analytical method for simulating polyphase induction motors, generators and transmission line performance.
