本文研究了天主教道德伦理教义中的自杀问题，以及乌克兰这一现象的统计数据。还强调了与这一问题有关的若干社会伦理性质的问题。自杀的问题和自由与人的责任之间的关系问题是根据圣经的诫命“不可杀人”来分析的。
