In this paper, FEKO is used to establish the simplified models of the shielding chassis, interference sources and cables. The solution method of multiconductor transmission line (MTL) in the simulation software is used to calculate the electromagnetic radiation intensity of the equipment with different interference sources and cables. According to the calculation results of the different models, the influence of the external cables on the radiation emission of the common mode and differential mode interference sources within the shielding case is analyzed. In addition, the effect of cable shielding on the inhibition of radiation emission induced by external cables is studied and analyzed.
