Thus, we performed 4 operations with primary traumatic dislocation, and with the usual - 3. 摘要

本文总结了关节镜下治疗髌骨脱位的一个小经验。从2018年到2021年,我们共完成膝关节关节镜手术450例,其中髌骨脱位稳定术7例。因此,我们进行了4例原发性外伤性脱位手术,而通常的- 3例。我们认为通过微创方法消除髌骨脱位是合理的,即通过关节镜,可以在治疗阶段同时或依次消除髌骨脱位,从而恢复生物力学轴,并提供最佳预期结果。
