摘要

本文提出了一种新的三电平NPC有源逆变器损耗控制的热建模方法。传统3级NPC的缺点是每个开关产生的热量不平衡。设计系统的利用率下降。为了补偿,三电平有源NPC逆变器可以根据有源开关的运行情况分配开关损耗。因此,热计算需要热建模。本文简单地提出了一种新的基于牛顿冷却定律的热建模方法,而不是传统的热建模方法。控制活动NPC的思想损失。通过仿真验证了所提出的热模型。
