The proposed topology uses only eight switches, in which the other four switches act as H-bridge, and the others participate in a step-up converter. By applying the switched-capacitor method, three capacitors are connected to the DC source to produce seven-level of voltage, and the output voltage can be stepped up to three times. A comparison study was made to evaluate the proposed seven-level inverter with other seven-level inverters. A Single-Phase Seven-Level Inverter With Triple Boosting Ability
