This paper describes the developed system of medical-economic control (MEC). The object-oriented approach and relational logic model for database building are used to design the information system. The “entity-relationship” model is chosen as a concept model. The business process reengineering and decomposition have been made to develop the MEC system problem-oriented software. Consequently the system tasks have been divided into two modules: a complex of tasks of expertise results accounting automatization and MEC planning and ABC/VEN-analysis subsystem as a standalone application.
