According to the different position of high temperature resistant surface material in the jet, the high-speed jet is formed. The mechanical properties of high temperature resistant surface material plate were monitored by concentrated load moment analysis method. According to the measured data of the sensor, the grid characteristic test data of high temperature resistant surface material with multi-source data structure is fused. Then the characteristics of high temperature resistant surface materials were optimized. The mesh independence of heat-resistant surface material optimization is verified, and the optimization modeling of heat-resistant surface material is realized. 摘要

为了实现耐高温表面材料的混合射流,提出了一种基于多源数据挖掘的建模方法。根据耐高温表面材料在射流中的不同位置,形成高速射流。采用集中荷载矩分析法对耐高温表面材料板的力学性能进行了监测。根据传感器的实测数据,对多源数据结构的耐高温表面材料网格特性测试数据进行融合。然后对耐高温表面材料的性能进行了优化。验证了耐热表面材料优化的网格独立性,实现了耐热表面材料的优化建模。仿真分析表明,该方法具有较高的稳定性,提高了耐高温表面材料的制备性能。
