Complication of portal vein thrombosis after right hemihepatectomy in a patient lacking the portal vein bifurcation.

Absence of portal vein bifurcation is a rare anomaly. We report a patient with this anomaly who underwent right hemihepatectomy for treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
