This study improved line balancing using the Ranked Positional Weight method which aims to increase the line efficiency value of the Tablet XYZ packing process. 摘要
PT. Y是制药行业生产成品药品的公司。根据对Tablet XYZ产品包装过程的观察，仍然发现由于工作分配不均导致工位之间存在瓶颈。工作量分布不均匀的工位，会造成生产线效率低下。本研究利用排名位置权重法改进生产线平衡，旨在提高片剂XYZ包装工艺的生产线效率值。本研究的结果是工作要素分布均匀后，线效率值有所增加。
