A mathematical model development of the digital substations relay protection complexes operation has been developed using the queuing theory, the graphs theory and Markov chains. The failure-free operation probability calculated value of the relay protection complexes corresponds to the long-term analysis data. This indicates that the mathematical model is correct. 摘要

审议了在俄罗斯联邦引进电子数字变电站的问题。对现代继电保护装置效率评价的现有标准进行了分析,并对其充分性进行了评价。利用排队论、图论和马尔可夫链建立了数字变电站继电保护复合体运行的数学模型。继电保护复合体的无故障运行概率计算值与长期分析数据相对应。这表明数学模型是正确的。提出的数学模型可以考虑维护质量对数字化变电站继电保护复合体效率的影响。
