Stability analysis of a damped Timoshenko beam with Cattaneo's law
In this paper, we consider the stability of a one-dimensional damped Timoshenko beam system. With Cattaneo's law, the Timoshenko beam is coupled with a heat equation. The exponential stability of the system is showed when the system is forced with two internal dampings.
