摘要

网站信任可以将潜在客户转化为实际客户,也可以将实际客户转化为承诺客户。因此,研究网站对网络银行客户信任的影响因素具有十分重要的意义。本文根据客户对网络银行的信任程度,将客户分为潜在客户和实际客户两类。研究认为,不同客户类别对网络银行客户信任的影响因素是不同的。在客户接触网络银行的初期,影响因素主要是网站设计和信息质量。在选择网络银行业务后,关键的影响因素是安全性、可用性和实用性。
