Additionally, those four extracts represented relatively low cytotoxicity compared to others. As a result, it was found that Origanum vulgare and Rosmarinus officinalis which possessed great antioxidant and antimicrobial activity with less cytotoxicity. 摘要

本研究通过测定中草药提取物的DPPH自由基清除活性、抗菌作用、生长抑制和细胞毒性来筛选替代抗生素。采用10种草本植物的热水提取液,分别为:薄荷叶、金针叶、紫锥菊、罗勒草、薄荷、金针叶、百里香、甜菊、迷迭香、苦参。各药材提取物对DPPH自由基的清除活性均在31.4 ~ 49.9%之间,其中迷迭香、土茯苓和苦参的清除活性显著(P<0.05)。热浸提液的抑菌活性较好,分别为念珠菌、寻常花、寻常胸腺和迷迭香。此外,与其他提取物相比,这四种提取物的细胞毒性相对较低。结果表明,芫花和迷迭香具有较强的抗氧化和抑菌活性,而细胞毒性较小。所以这两种草药提取物可以作为有机农业中抗生素的替代品。
