The experimental results show that the objective evaluation results obtained based on these three parameters have good correlation with the results of subjective experiment results. 摘要

提出了一种基于HEVC编码的超高清视频无参考质量评估算法。该算法直接从HEVC比特流中提取具体的视频特征,并通过线性回归建立视频特征与最终视频质量之间的数学模型,从而实现对视频质量的客观评价。该算法提取了三个视频特征:测量压缩损伤的量化参数、不同大小的CTU个数(8×8 & 32×32)和SAO块的个数。实验结果表明,基于这三个参数得到的客观评价结果与主观实验结果具有良好的相关性。此外,由于该算法只需要依赖流,且编码参数可以可靠、快速地求出,因此可广泛应用于实时终端场合。
