Pos Indonesia, Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung. The population in this study was consumers who had used the services of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The sampling collection technique used accident sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of price, location and service quality simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer decision. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the variables of price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumers decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.55 or 55%, meaning that independent variables such as price, location, and service quality can explain variations in consumer decisions to choose the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang). While the remaining 45% of other variables not examined in this study. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨价格、地理位置和服务品质对印尼、索林、Kabupaten、万隆等PT. Pos使用服务决策的影响。本研究的人群是使用过PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang服务的消费者。抽样收集技术采用事故抽样,共100名受访者。本研究使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归。多元线性回归分析结果表明,价格、区位和服务质量三个变量同时对消费者决策有正向影响。根据f检验的结果,价格、位置和服务质量这三个变量同时对消费者的决策产生积极而显著的影响。决定系数的结果为0.55或55%,这意味着价格,位置和服务质量等自变量可以解释消费者选择PT Pos印度尼西亚配送服务的决策变化(Soreang)。而其余45%的其他变量没有在本研究中检查。公司管理层应注意停车位和价格竞争力,以增加消费者对使用PT Pos印尼(Soreang)送货服务的兴趣。
