摘要

本文采用CCD相机采集TIG焊接电弧图像,利用图像处理技术对图像进行分析处理,识别焊接电弧长度。在本研究中,确定了基于梯度算子和形态学运算的像素校准方法,提出了一种能够准确识别钨尖的拐点检测算法和一种能够获得最佳阈值以准确分割图像的自适应阈值算法。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地识别弧长,对后期基于视觉的弧长控制方法的研究具有重要意义。

Method for Identifying Arc Length of TIG Welding Based on Machine Vision and Image Processing
