摘要

基于双光纤布拉格光栅的双光栅耦合器具有结构紧凑、滤波效率高的优点。基于统一耦合模理论,研究了不同光栅在耦合区的位置和光栅长度对滤波光谱的影响。结果表明:磨粒左侧的耦合区域对跌落通道特性影响最大;光栅的长度对降速效率影响最大;耦合区全长Lc为耦合长度π/(2Kf)的整数倍时,传输特性最佳。采用改进的熔锥技术制备了两根光导光纤的均匀耦合区耦合器,然后在耦合区写入两个248nm紫外激光布拉格光栅,得到了最大降反射率20dB、带宽0.8nm的光栅反射耦合器。
