CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of how land price disclosure systems are evaluated or calculated, and how they affect our society, and to suggest ways to improve them. \n(2) RESEARCH METHOD In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the government's presentation data, prior research, daily newspapers, etc., as well as statutes related to the published price, etc. \ncurrently in force, were reviewed. \n(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The declared real estate price provides important price information necessary for real estate activities to the market and is used for about 60 purposes closely related to the people's property rights. \n2. RESULTS If possible, amendments to laws should be made to increase the proportion of evaluations so that they can be more accurately evaluated through experts in \"Appraisal Corporations, etc.\" In addition, the quoted price must be assessed and calculated through an 'on-site survey' and a verification system must be complete.
