The problem of prediction dynamics of organic traffic at e-commerce web-site located on Prom.ua marketplace is considered. To do this, in the paper the mathematical model in the form of a difference equation is proposed. This model provides the ability to predict web-site’s organic traffic in the process of its search engine optimization (SEO). In the future, this will allow to predict and to plan the budgets needed for site development and to estimate the traffic growth.
