Indicators of food security of Ukraine are determined according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of05.12.2007 ? 1379 “Some questions of food security,” which defined level of indicator sufficiency of food consumption, representedregions with the incision consumption of main types of food in 2012, made calculation the dependence on imports of food groups. Themain factors that affect the state of the agro-industrial sector and the level of food security in Ukraine are determined. 摘要

该研究的目的是确定乌克兰境内粮食安全形成的趋势和特点。本文阐述了粮食安全的基本含义,提出了评价粮食安全水平的主要指标。乌克兰粮食安全指标根据乌克兰内阁2007年12月5日的决议确定。1379《粮食安全若干问题》定义了2012年粮食消费指标充分性水平,代表了主要粮食消费类型较少的地区,计算了粮食类别的进口依存度。确定了影响乌克兰农工部门状况和粮食安全水平的主要因素。结论是,粮食安全的概念应包括根据医疗建议、环境条件和个人状况,以受保护的、多功能的、高质量的食品满足人口的生理需求。
