The present study aims to analyze job satisfaction through the Job Satisfaction Scale (EST) constructed and validated by <span>Siqueira (2008)</span>. The study was conducted in a public hospital in the city of Campo Maior in Piauí. The measure contained 25 items associated with an amplitude scale of 7 points, applied to 182 employees. Exploratory and confirmatory procedures for interpretation and analysis factor analysis were used.
