摘要

本文提出了一种双腔双模带通基片集成波导滤波器。采用一个端口在腰部,另一个端口在三角形腔上表面底部的双模等腰三角形腔作为基本元件,采用标准印刷电路板(PCB)工艺将两个基本元件级联在单层基板上,实现了紧凑的双腔双模SIW滤波器,从而实现了更宽的带通滤波器。此外,耦合窗之间的金属通孔可以弥补耦合窗造成的空腔缺陷。最后,制作了一个7.02%分数带宽滤波器并进行了测试,该滤波器具有良好的性能。
