摘要

安装由气体放电管(GDT)、金属氧化物压敏电阻(MOV)等组成的防雷装置(SPD)是保护电子设备免受雷击的一种方法。在对设备进行防雷保护时,过压保护和能量协调变得尤为重要。首先,当考虑过压保护时,响应特性变得重要。响应特性取决于应用于设备的波前长度和峰值。本文采用5种GDT,对不同波前长度的电压波形施加时的响应特性进行了实验研究。特别指出了陡波前的响应特性。
