According to the criteria determined by the decision makers, each candidate was evaluated individually by the decision makers and the most suitable personnel were selected. During the evaluation, the decision makers expressed their views through linguistic terms. Thanks to the intuitionistic fuzzy sets, situations where decision makers are undecided have become meaningful. This decision making mechanism prepared for personnel selection may be utilized by any company that will select personnel and the criteria may be changed in accordance with the purpose of the company.
