The article examines how to deal with such situations in terms of universalism and relativism in international management, with the accompanying benefits and criticisms of each one. It also presents conveying the impact of organizations' activities in the daily lives of diverse populations around the world is, whose interests or even existence may at great extent be absent from the organization's decision-making. Measures for fostering ethical behaviour are also presented, respectively at international, national, community and intra-company levels.
