Terorisma attaisnošana, terorisma slavināšana un aicinājums uz terorismu

On 26 April 2018, amendments were made to the Republic of Latvia Criminal Law, improving the regulatory framework regarding the terrorist offenses and related crimes, including acquittal of terrorism, invitation to terrorism and terrorism threats. The cur­ rent article aims to initiate a debate on potential problems related to the application of the Section 796 of the Criminal Law.
