本文报告29例髓外造血胸内定位。其中26例通过经肺隆突活检获得的抽吸标本进行细胞形态学检查证实，3例通过经胸细针穿刺肺实质孤立影获得细胞学分析标本。在活动性肺结核、原发性支气管癌、支气管和胸膜肺炎、肺脓肿、结节病、慢性支气管炎、类风湿关节炎以及咯血患者中，经气管活检标本的造血细胞形态学发现是出乎意料的。
