However, since oncoming road conditions can be known by using historic road information and GPS navigation system, the paper introduces a method to build in look-ahead road data in the control of the adaptive semi-active suspension, moreover, design the vehicle velocity for the cruise controller considering comfort and energy efficiency at the same time.
