فاعلیة برنامج تدریبی مقترح باستخدام منصات التعلم الإجتماعیة القائمة على استراتیجیة التعلم المعجل وأثره على التحصیل لدی الطلاب المعلمین

هدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية التحصيل لدي الطلاب المتعلمين عن طريق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح باستخدام منصات التعلم الاجتماعية القائمة على استراتيجية التعلم المعجل، واقتصر البحث علي استراتيجية التعلم المعجل لتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية والتقليل من وقت التعلم وتوفير مستوي أعلي من الاتقان وتمکين المتعلمين من التحصيل بدرجة أعلى، عن طريق استخدام مجموعة من الأنشطة العملية، صممت بطريقة تجعل المتعلم نشطا يحلل ويستنتج ويحل المشکلات من خلال إجراء التجارب، والمناقشات الجماعية مع زملائه، والتعاون معهم في الإجابة عن أنشطة التعلم وربط المعارف مع الحياة العملية. اعتمد البحث الحالي علي کلا من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وتحليل الأدبيات والبحوث والدراسات السابقة، وتصميم وبناء أدوات البحث وتفسير ومناقشة النتائج، والمنهج شبه التجريبي لمعرفة أثر المتغير المستقل علي المتغير التابع. تمثل مجتمع البحث في الطلاب المعلمين، بينما تکونت عينة البحث من مجموعة واحدة من (66) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة - شعبة إعداد معلم حاسب آلي - قسم تکنولوجيا التعليم - کلية التربية النوعية - جامعة بورسعيد. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية (منصات التعلم الاجتماعية القائمة على استراتيجية التعلم المعجل) في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي للجانب المعرفي لمهارات العرض الفعال لصالح التطبيق البعدي". This research aimed to develop learning achievement of the pre-service  teachers through the proposed training program by using social learning platforms based on accelerated learning strategy, the research was limited to accelerated learning strategy to achieve educational goals, reduce learning time, provide a higher level of proficiency and to enable learners to achieve a higher degree, by using a set of practical activities, which was designed in a way that makes the learner active, analyzes, concludes and solves problems through conducting experiments, group discussions with his colleagues, cooperating with them in answering learning activities and linking knowledge with Practical life. The current research relied on both of the descriptive and analytical methodology to describing and analyzing literature and previous studies, design and produce the research tools, interpretation and discussion of results, and the semi-experimental methodology to find out the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research community was the pre-service teachers, while the research sample consisted of one group of (66) students from the third grade - Computer Teacher’s Preparation Division - Department of Educational Technology - Faculty of Specific Education - Port Said University. The results of the research found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (α≥ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group (social learning platforms based on accelerated learning strategy) in the pre and post application of the achievement test of the cognitive aspect of the effective presentation skills in favor of post-application.
