It can potentially be used for its effectiveness on the quality of life of premature babies and babies with complex post-nicu care problems. The researcher used a literature study by conducting a journal review regarding telenursing on the quality of post-NICU care babies, using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Journals that discuss topics with three categories: 1) Telenursing: 2) Babies with complex problems: 3) Quality of life for babies: 4) Telehealth. Searches through online databases include ClinikalKey, Elsevier, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Cambridge, SAGE Journal, 2018-2022, and full-text articles. The research search found ten articles that had been extracted. The results of the study found that telenursing provides benefits to the quality of life of post-NICU babies.
