摘要

本文研究了光敏cd单晶表面平面霍尔传感器的建模。所设计的平面霍尔传感器的仿真具有不同于传统霍尔传感器的特性。平面霍尔传感器的实验研究证实了150mw波长530 nm的激光照射后霍尔电压的变化。所设计磁场传感器的测量范围为0 ~ 2 T,给出了平面霍尔传感器在0.1 T磁场下工作的实验结果。给出了平面霍尔传感器在激光照射其工作区域后提高灵敏度的实验结果。
