Haris","doi":"10.35891/jsb.v6i1.1605","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"English \nVannamei shrimp cultivation has an important role in increasing fish production to meet the food and nutritional needs as well as to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets, to expand employment opportunities, to increase incomes and livelihoods of fishers and fish farmers, as well as preserving the aquatic biological resources. The aim of this study is to analyze the efficiency level of vannamei shrimp cultivation in Takalar regency. The research was conducted in Takalar regency, South Sulawesi from August to September 2018, the respondents were selected by using the cluster sampling method. The results show that the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0848 or 84.8 percent. This means that there is an 84.8 percent influence of the independent variabels of Labor (X1), feed (X2), Seeds (X3), and Technology (X4) on the average production of vannamei shrimps (Y) in Takalar, while the remaining 15.2 percent is caused by other variabels not included in this study. The influence of feed, seed / juveniles, and technology related positively and significantly to the production of vannamei shrimp in Takalar regency, while the labor variabel is relative positively but not significantly. The scale of vannamei shrimp business in Takalar regency is in the position of Decreasing Return to Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinan (R2) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0.848 atau 84.8 persen yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat 84.8 persen pengaruh variabel independen Tenaga Kerja (X1), Pakan (X2), Bibit (X3), dan Teknologi (X4) terhadap rata rata produksi udang vannamei (Y) di Kabupaten Takalar, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 15.2 persen disebabkan oleh variabel variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian. Pengaruh pakan, bibit/ benur, dan teknologi berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar, variabel tenaga kerja berhubungan positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar, skala usaha budidaya udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar berada dalam Decreasing Return to Scale. 摘要
英属凡纳梅对虾养殖在提高鱼类产量以满足食物和营养需求以及满足国内外市场需求、扩大就业机会、增加渔民和养殖户的收入和生计以及保护水生生物资源方面具有重要作用。本研究旨在分析塔克拉拉尔地区凡纳美对虾养殖效率水平。本研究于2018年8 - 9月在南苏拉威西省塔克拉拉尔县进行,采用整群抽样方法选取调查对象。结果表明,其决定系数(R2)为0848,即84.8%。这意味着劳动(X1)、饲料(X2)、种子(X3)和技术(X4)这四个自变量对塔克拉拉尔凡纳米虾(Y)的平均产量有84.8%的影响,其余15.2%的影响是由本研究未包括的其他变量造成的。饲料、种子/幼虾和技术对瓦纳美对虾产量的影响呈显著正相关,而劳动力变量对瓦纳美对虾产量的影响呈显著正相关。塔克拉拉尔县凡纳美虾业规模呈现规模收益递减的趋势。目前,凡纳美对虾养殖各项生产要素均未达到经济效益水平。关键词:效率,南美对虾,养殖印度尼西亚Budidaya udang Vannamei memiliki peran penting dalam usha meningkatkan产品duksi perkanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan gizi, serta memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dalam danluar negeri, memdidaya kesempatan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan和kesejahtraan nelayan和petani ikan, serta menjaga kelestarian sumberdaya hayati perairan。图juan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalis tingkat efisiensi budidaya udang vannamei di kaba . takalar。Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan pada bulan agustus - 2018年9月。pententuan受访者邓安蒙古纳坎方法整群抽样。Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinan (R2) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0.848 atau 84.8 person yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat 84.8 person pengaruh variabel independent Tenaga Kerja (X1), Pakan (X2), Bibit (X3), dan technologii (X4) terhadap rata rata produksi udang vannamei (Y) di Kabupaten Takalar, sedangkan sisanya yitu 15.2 person disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian。Pengaruh pakan, bibit/ benur, danteknologi berhubungan positive dan signfifikan terhadap produkgan udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar, variabel tenaga kerja berhubungan positive namunak signfifikan terhadap produksi udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar, skala usaha budidaya udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar berada dalam递减规模回报。比利时,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西,巴西
