The antenna printed on a PCB board consists of two notched rectangular radiators with two feeding port. A truncated ground plane is modified on the reverse side of the board. The dimension of the antenna is only 30mm×30mm×1.6mm. The achieved impedance bandwidth for S11 = -10dB covers the range of 3.7-5GHz and 5.85-10.6 GHz. The isolation is less than -15 dB.
