It is urgent to optimize the project investment management, ensure the correctness of investment strategy and achieve the expected goal of project investment. In this paper, a regional optimization model was established, which includes three factors: the promotion of three-effect indicators, the promotion of power supply capacity, the contribution of meeting political and economic situation, and the contribution of meeting the company’s development strategy.
