摘要

随着近年来电网公司为提高配电网建设和改造效率的投资金额不断增加,配电网建设规模不断扩大,投资项目数量不断增加。优化项目投资管理,保证投资策略的正确性,实现项目投资的预期目标是当务之急。本文建立了区域优化模型,该模型包含三个因素:三效应指标的促进、供电能力的促进、满足政治经济形势的贡献、满足公司发展战略的贡献。基于熵值法,计算单个项目的贡献度,为项目投资提供最优参考。
