Because of the near expiration date, companies selling products need to know how to get consumers to get real-time messages. The salvage-products APP is a real-time message tool. In the salvage products market, manufacturers and consumers play a very important role. Therefore, this study designed the APP program in order to meet the needs of consumers for salvage products and to study the possible factors of consumers using APP. Based on the Nicosia model, this article explains the important role that real-time messages play in vendors and consumers. In addition, this article uses an experimental design approach to review vendor process performance, outcome performance, and consumer purchase intent. These theories are all based on the concept of the Nicosia model. The results show that this APP program enhances the manufacturer's process, result performance and consumer purchase intention.
