摘要

在聚类分析的基础上,提出了面向设计的专家系统在产品概念设计过程中的结构选择方法。引入聚类分析方法,找出与结构树匹配的不同层次的属性集,建立产品特征空间。在这个空间中,每个子空间都匹配一种产品结构。同样,可以根据聚类结果建立产品的标准模型,并将所有模型形成标准结构树。然后,采用模糊识别方法,将树的某一节点与设计需求映射,确定产品结构类型。该方法可广泛应用于机械产品设计中
