The literature was examined on levels and components of transparent organizational cultures. Quantitative research was conducted to determine whether the instruments used by organizations to disclose transparency, clarity and accuracy was sufficient to develop a transparent organizational culture. According to the results of the study, most Lithuanian companies disclose their conduct through values and beliefs, although disclosure through artifacts was rated lower. Not enough of clarity was acknowledged, and it was better achieved through values and less through artifacts, but there was no basis for this at the level of assumptions.
