Therefore, it is meaningful to evaluate the logistics project risk. This paper gives evaluation indexes system of logistics risk firstly, Then combines the unascertained theory with fuzzy method, and gives the evaluation model of logistic project risk basing on unascertained theory and fuzzy method, firstly the risk probability and risk loss are given by using the unascertained theory and fuzzy method respectively, then the whole risk of logistics project is given according to the mean of risk.
