Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the responses to the satisfaction scales. Results showed that good quality of audio and video were the most important features for online learning that link to students' satisfaction. Flexible timetable and ease to browse the online courses were also helped to enhance the satisfaction of students during online learning. This study suggested that the basic features of online learning should always be taken into account during the course delivery process. 摘要

由于新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,传统的面对面课堂改为虚拟课堂,目的是尽量减少学生之间的身体接触,同时保持他们的学习进度。为了保证在线学习的成功,学生的满意度起着至关重要的作用。本研究旨在探讨网络课堂特色对学生满意度的影响。一份在线调查问卷通过电子邮件发送给在马来西亚大学攻读学位的本科生。共有456名来自技术和非技术背景的学生参与了本研究。采用描述性统计对满意度量表的反应进行分析。结果表明,良好的音频和视频质量是在线学习最重要的特征,这与学生的满意度有关。灵活的课程表及方便浏览的网上课程亦有助提高学生在网上学习时的满意度。本研究表明,在课程交付过程中应始终考虑在线学习的基本特征。研究还发现,当提供良好的在线学习功能时,学生的心理健康与学生的满意度密切相关。
