Human Development Index (HDI) is a composite index to measure human development outcomes based on a number of basic components of quality of life. This study aims to determine the effect of Unemployment Rate(UR) and Human Development Index (HDI) on Economic Growth on the City and District in the Province of West Java period 2017-2021. Population used is West Java Province obtained 6 districts and cities with the period 2017- 2021. Data analysis method in this research is panel data regression analysis using software Eviews version 10. Based on the results of the study, simultaneously independent variables consisting of TP and IPM have a significant influence on PE. 摘要
经济增长是一个国家进步的标志之一。人类发展指数(HDI)是一个基于生活质量的若干基本组成部分来衡量人类发展成果的综合指数。本研究旨在确定2017-2021年西爪哇省城市和地区失业率(UR)和人类发展指数(HDI)对经济增长的影响。使用的人口是西爪哇省2017- 2021年期间获得的6个区和城市。本研究的数据分析方法为面板数据回归分析，使用Eviews version 10软件。从研究结果来看，由TP和IPM组成的同时自变量对PE有显著影响。而部分检验结果表明，经济增长与IPM之间存在显著的正向影响
