Transient electromagnetic modeling with the transmission line matrix (TLM) method — Progress and applications
In this paper, recently developed techniques for analyzing electromagnetic structures and materials using time and space discrete time domain field simulation will be described, with emphasis on the Transmission Line Modeling (TLM) method. The advantages but also the challenges of electromagnetic field modeling in the time domain will be discussed, and specific examples will be presented.
