Currently, the collection of such wastes from the population has not been established, therefore, proposals for organizing a collection and disposal system are very relevant.\nThe paper presents a scheme for the disposal of such waste, as well as the volume of waste lamps generated by the city population was estimates and resources that can be involved in secondary circulation were calculated. 摘要

本文介绍了莫斯科州杜布纳市区含汞废物及其收集和处置的问题。这类废物属于一类危险废物,如果处理不当,将对环境污染和公众健康构成威胁。目前,尚未建立从人口中收集这类废物的办法,因此,组织收集和处置系统的建议是非常重要的。本文提出了废旧灯具的处理方案,并对城市人口产生的废旧灯具的体积进行了估算,对二次循环中可能涉及的资源进行了计算。对小型真空热脱氢装置URL-2M处理废汞灯后产生的废物量进行了计算,这些废物可作为物质资源参与二次循环。
