工作目标:发展非经济评价参数的普遍基本基础，并改进作者在全球和国家层面评估投资项目有效性的方法。研究方法:在Web of Science核心馆藏和RSCI数据库中搜索和分析研究问题的来源;头脑风暴法(“头脑风暴”);软件产品MS Excel Files(替代方法MS Access Database)，软件环境Matlab。研究成果:提出了评价具有全球和国家意义的投资项目有效性的非经济参数基本基础的概念模型;改进备选作者有效性评估方法的模型。
