Firstly, a new entropy measure of hesitant fuzzy sets is constructed, then the weights are obtained using the entropy weight method, and positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution are defined. Further, based on the conception of TOPSIS, the relative closeness degree is calculated to rank the alternatives. 摘要

熵测度是犹豫模糊集的重要信息测度。本文将构造一个新的熵测度,并在此基础上对属性值用犹豫模糊元素表示的多属性决策问题提出一种新的决策方法。首先构造了一种新的犹豫模糊集熵测度,然后利用熵权法确定了犹豫模糊集的权值,并定义了犹豫模糊集的正理想解和负理想解。进一步,基于TOPSIS的概念,计算相对接近度,对备选方案进行排序。最后,通过实例验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
