摘要

本文从理论上分析了光纤光栅(FBG)的应变-温度交叉敏感特性,设计并制作了一种新型的光纤光栅应变传感器。具有温度补偿功能,提高了应变敏感效果。该传感器在一定程度上克服了传统的温度补偿方法容易产生蠕变和老化现象。实验结果表明,在-10℃~ 50℃的温度范围内,传感器实现了温度灵敏度降低到密封前的1/10,应变灵敏度提高到1.4 pm/ epepv。
