介绍了第四代网络语音传输方法研究的主要成果,分析了语音传输技术存在的问题,并在实验室环境下验证了VoLTE技术的质量和可靠性。提出了关于在乌克兰部署的LTE网络中应用语音技术的建议,评估用于在第四代网络上传输语音的现有技术,以及创建用于检查LTE网络上语音传输可靠性的测试策略
