The receiver has two stage of down-conversion, filtering and amplification. A digitally controlled self-sustained feedback scheme has been implemented to achieve constant output power over 70 dB DR. A thorough simulation is carried out using system simulation software. A prototype is fabricated with external dimension of 10x8.1x2.6 cm. 摘要
本文提出了一种高增益、低噪声系数、高动态范围的X波段接收机前端的计算机辅助设计方法。接收机有下变频、滤波和放大两级。采用一种数字控制的自持续反馈方案实现了超过70 dB dr的恒定输出功率,并利用系统仿真软件进行了全面的仿真。原型的外部尺寸为10x8.1x2.6 cm。制作的样机测量增益为98 dB, NF为2.5dB。
