Through this study we confirmed the impact of the investments in various forms of HRD in the performance of the SMEs in Kosovo. 摘要

本文的目的是研究人力资源开发(HRD)对科索沃中小企业绩效的影响。大量的研究支持人力资源开发与组织绩效之间的正相关关系。这种研究大多数是在发达国家进行的,在较小程度上是在发展中国家(过境国家)进行的。通过本研究,我们证实了各种形式的人力资源开发投资对科索沃中小企业绩效的影响。本研究提供的实证数据支持培训与发展、职业发展和员工动机对组织绩效的影响,但本研究的结果不支持企业家教育对组织绩效的影响。

The Impact of Human Resources Development on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Performance
